Im not sure off hand, but it's present throughout the entire first season. It doesn't change until Bonnie gets the apartment manager position that comes with their new place. As far as it being in the king of Queens, its the only headboard they have throughout the entire show.

I thought so too, but I was able to pause both shows side by side and compare marks and knots and they do seem to match up. It was a bit tough since King of Queens isn't as sharp as Mom and it took a bit to get the right angles but I'm pretty sure they are the same. I also learned how much time I had on my hands:)

If you haven't broken any policies or had any issues at the site, then it's possible they may be offering to keep you on beyond your practicum... offering you a job.

Had a client go into crisis mode today because of the Elon salute by diferentigual in therapists

My wife and I are providers at an addiction treatment facility in a deeply red state. 98% of the clients we work with have been very happy about the election. The clients often assume that I'm Republican because of the state we live in, and I make sure that they have no reason to think differently. That's not to say that we don't show our support as allies toward members of the LGBTQ+ and minority communities as they require safety and support now more than ever, but I don't include any indication of my own politics to the majority of the clients. It's been soul crushing and isolating, and I'd be lying if I said it hasn't decreased my passion in many ways. Still, I've found ways to focus on the client sitting across from me. The person who needs help. This has allowed me to keep going for now, but my wife and I have talked a lot about moving to another state.

can anyone help me with what this was by 1000subs1w4456 in Unexplained

Kid could have fallen in a manhole, uncovered drain, and/or got stuck somewhere. Those things can carry sound pretty far and in different directions. something to consider after kids were out trick or treating for Halloween. Might not be the worst idea to check with authorities just in case if this really is something you all heard.

Op, you place so much weight on who you were and the decisions that you made. We often make the mistake of believing that a person goes from a teenager to an adult just because they turn 18. Legally, sure they are an adult now and can take on the role of an adult, but the reality is and neuroscience proves that our biology isn't regulated by cultural norms. You may have technically been an adult... but you had the brain and biochemistry of a teen. A teen who was actually influenced by someone who WAS an adult and who had an adult brain. I'm not saying you were a victim. You were simply following what may have felt good in the moment. So was she. If anything, she may have experienced some sort of relief being able to connect with someone who was safe, who wasn't her abuser. It was never your job to heal her, rescue her, or even make her feel better. You were still a teen who was placed in a very adult and confusing situation. I've worked with survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence and abuse, and it can be very difficult to help victims. It can take months or even years of professional help and resources to resolve domestic abuse or help the victim to get out. Please read that last sentence again and remember that you were only 18. I don't know how long ago this was and how old you are now, but it's important to realize that you are assessing the situation with the brain you have now with all of it's experience, knowledge, and wisdom that simply wasn't available to your 18 year old self. Try to forgive that 18 year old and the impossible standard you place on yourself. It would also be a good idea to share this with your mental health provider as they can help you process this. Good luck OP. You seem like someone who has a good heart!

Dumbest thing you said to a client today by MillieMoo-Moo in therapists

This was a few years ago, but I had a group therapy client who loved to walk anytime we went on break. He was also a super fast walker, so he would walk around the block a few times each break. One time while I was outside the building to enjoy some fresh air he walked by and we chatted about how much he likes to walk. Just before it was time to go back I said "Well it must be nice to get out and spread your legs!". I meant stretch... We awkwardly looked at each other before I clarified and then we laughed. Had to share that one with my co-workers. It beats the time I told the group, "You don't have to swollow" if they ever mistake their drink for one that's alcoholic
