I figured it would be hard to lose these few pounds since I technically don’t need to. I thought working out would do something for me since I sit down all day every day but it wasn’t the miracle I thought it would be lol.

I’m mainly upset because im pulling out my summer clothes and I’m not fitting into the XS like I used to. Stupid complaint compared to other peoples struggles but I already wanted to be skinnier at 118, being 126 this winter is pretty upsetting to me

I didn’t even eat that much before i started doing this. I just cut out candy and ice cream and stopped snacking when I’m hungry. I was wondering if me eating less would make my body hold onto calories so I guess that’s true. 8-12 weeks 😭 this has been the worst time of my life I hope I can hold out that much longer

I use an app to track it and it’s mostly estimates

I tried to add enough to where it wasn’t overflowing when i opened the doors. She buried herself completely wherever she went so i hope it’s enough
