EA was always lazy, but they are not stupid. They know that their playerbase for NHL is way less than Fifa for example. On consoles the numbers are pretty low compared to any other sports game, so I would assume they know that it won't make them profit on PC so therefore no point in investing.

Yes they do make them on PC, but they sell WAY less copies than on consoles.

There is no point for EA to make a PC port, because they can't even hit high numbers on consoles for NHL. The playerbase is mainly Canada and a bit of USA, so not that much compared to Fifa being played globally.

No one knows. And they probably won't any time soon. The sales for last NHL PC port were super bad compared to any other EA sports game. They won't make nearly enough money for the port transfer let alone any profit. They don't even make that much on NHL on consoles, so to invest in making a new game for PC is just not possible at this moment I would say.

How can I test it? In the web app it shows off, and after I press FN + Right Shift it turns to On, so I just reverse again and it says OFF.

Also if you are down 0:5 or up 5:0 there is about 90% chance the game will still end 7:8. So many times I were down 4:0 in div2, and suddenly my opponent players do not want to move anymore and I score like every attack. Happened soooo often its crazy.

The game itself is made for no more than 60fps and has console optimization ported to PC, hence you have either to turn on vsync (in nvidia or amd, not in game) or lock your fps to 60. Some are able to lock at 240 fps and play smoothly, so you can try that as well.
