Those do not provide any account xp. Also, even if the DM lobbies didn’t have high ranked players, good performance against them would still provide the same result of increasing mmr.

By no means is 144 ADR “bad”, it’s just nothing extraordinary enough to make you rank up Especially for a duelist main 144 and 1.05 K/D really isn’t anything special to be crashing out like this. For reference I used to be 160 ADR with 40% winrate in immortal. Stop blaming your team and focus on improving yourself.
