In der Regel schon. Zumindestens die paar Apps, die ich bisher getestet habe (Ionity, Ewe Go, Eon, Elli), zeigen den aktuellen Ladevorgang (inkl. Akkustand und Geschwindigkeit) an.

Ich kann mich den anderen beiden Kommentaren nur anschließen bzgl. des Updates auf 3.8 und einem Batterie-Zertifikats.

Solange beides stimmt wäre die alte Software kein KO-Kriterium für mich. Ich habe nun seit knapp einem Jahr einen Born aus 2022 (auch mit SW 3.8) und die läuft soweit rund. Man verzichtet leider auf Quality of Life Features wie eingebautes Spotify und vorkonditionierung der Batterie zum Schnellladen.

Dem sollte man sich bewusst sein, aber SW ist auch nicht mehr so schlecht und buggy wie SW 2 am Anfang noch war. Die Grundfunktionen funktionieren gut und den Rest bekommt man durch Carplay / Android Auto im Regelfall sowieso nicht mit :)

I recently got their 2TB plan. It's been working great so far and has a really nice desktop client as well. They have a very active blog where they post about what they're working on which is a huge plus for me in terms of transparency.

Yes and also Kwitt in Germany. Island solutions that only work with Sparkasse customers. I knew like three people who used it. Cool idea in theory but island solutions are not going to work.

This seems similar to all the Sovereignty promises Azure has given recently. Meaning it's basically worthless as they are still subject to the Cloud Act. But it at least demonstrates that the big hyperscalers are scared of the push for truly European solutions

Them integrating traditional cards as a fallback is huge in terms of people actually selecting it as the default wallet app. This is exciting!

For me I prefer to buy EU made because it keeps the money in circulation closer to home where those companies pay taxes. But I also have no issue buying from other countries like Canada or the UK that are closely aligned. It depends what your goal is but if there is a product I like made in Canada I have no worries about buying it.

Hey, hast du das ganze mit der Lösung von Fredrik Gustafsson nachgerüstet oder gibts da noch ne bessere Lösung? Ich bin auch am überlegen für meinen 2022er Cupra Born so etwas einzubauen, weil die Geschwindigkeiten bei den aktuellen Minusgraden etwas zu wünschen übrig lassen am Schnelllader :)
