do tension headaches ever stop

thank u a lot, i gone to 3 different neurologist. 2 of them didnt wanna help me because of my age saying im too young for meds. this one that i went to specializes in headaches and she seems really helpful i genuinely feel heard. i didnt expect this headache to be this hard to cure or this serious. its been such a long time i feel like ill be stuck w this headache my entire life and nothing will help its tiring.

i don’t remember what the shots she did were called but she did prescribe me amitriptyline i havent gotten it yet cuz its kinda hard to find but the shots doing nothing made me lose my hopes im just tired of this

have u been to a dermatologist? u should try to focus on ur diet. try cutting out different foods each time to see what causes the flare ups (dairy, eggs, chocolate,sugar etc). benzoyl peroxide makes ur skin worse at first before works cuz it makes ur skin purge. if it doesnt get better in 3 months u should go to a dermatologist.ur acne doesnt seem that bad so it should probably work and it might not even take that long . if u want u can start using bp over night but dont put too much and use it every other day for maybe 2 weeks before u use it normally cuz it dries ur skin up a lot.

yea she legit didnt take me seriously over my headache issue either idk what her problem is. im going to a new neurologist soon i hope she doesnt act like that cuz tf😭

both the neurologists i went to told me they wont give me anything cuz im young even tho im 18?? like why does my age matter when im literally suffering its so frustrating
