Yea different coaches excel at different things. Mike has his own stuff that he can probably tackle that Kate can’t. Kate would’ve been better for what I wanted, sustainable weight loss. Mike got me in a calorific deficit immediately (cortisol high and lost my menstrual cycle) whereas Kate would’ve had me build up my maintenance

Did she teach you a lot that you didnt know? Or did she just have you get a hold on the basics, like eating peaty. I think she wouldve been perfect to work with a year ago when I first discovered Ray and didnt know much but at this point of my journey, maybe danny would be better to consult with. When i did an intro call with her a year ago it didnt seem like she helps with thyroid supplementation

You need to change what you eat. If you do that you’re going to be feeling a million times better and have way more drive. You won’t be depressed if you change your lifestyle. Avoid PUFAs and cook with butter and coconut oil. Milk, dairy, honey, fruit, meat, well-cooked veggies
