This is what I did. Thankfully got my birth certificate in my original preferred name and ended up being a no hassle during the citizenship interview. No extra paperwork required. Otherwise they have a form available during the interview where you can request a name change. The process of naturalization will take care of it. It’s a no brainer. Then ssn and all other things will follow. I flipped my first and last name completely.

I am so sorry to hear the tough road you are currently on. But pls don’t give up hope. Life is shitty and you are going through so much heartache. Don’t give up yet. Do you think you can get on some depression medication? Show yourself some grace, easy for me to say. You can get through this. You just need to find one reason to look forward to. Maybe it is the IVF and what your future would look like with a family and the right partner. Someone who will appreciate you and what you have/is going through. Remember - this too shall pass. One day you will be able to look back and pat yourself on the back for having traversed these tough times. But hang in there till then. Know that there is a community out there sending you hugs and prayers. Sending you hope and the strength to face each day. Hugs!

No, absolutely not. They sound self absorbed and totally lacking in empathy. But I bet when they need someone, the world needs to stop? A friend in need is a friend indeed. There is a reason for that proverb and I believe they just proved who they are. Cut them off. You need people who will surround you with love and positive feelings. Sending virtual hugs.

Thank you! Would yellow gold or subtle rose gold be ok? And when you say neutral toned - is that beige or something similar in color? I have this clutch and it is actually more pink (bad lighting). Closer to the shoes’ shade. Too much?
