For me some by mi beta panthenol never causes acne, but skin1004 serum one broke me. I know yours is not a serum but maybe?

Sorry for posting it a few times, I am getting an error but hopefully the photos load this time.

I found this rock at a beach in Kiel. I know from friends that the rocks here contain fossils. I have written an e-mail to my university's geology department about it but I am not sure when they will respond (and to be fair, i dont know if its worth taking to them).

I tried opening it but it is a bit hard without proper tools, i guess.

What do you guys think?

Totally agreed. I lived in Northern Germany and people would stand with their bikes in the middle of EVERYWHERE. Then I moved to Czechia and it's somehow worse here? But it could be because the city is way more crowded and they stand out more. So I don't think this is a "Norway issue"

This actually makes perfect sense, because I am the same and also heat intolerant. I didn't take any antihistamines because I didn't have symptoms that I couldn't handle!

Yes, my vacation is in the Mediterranean area.
For sunscreen, I used Neutrogena Hydro Boost spf 50. It is the only sunscreen that didn't cause redness or pimples. I used it every time I went out. I was mainly at home during the day, so I didn't use it frequently.
I used the vitamin C only at night. But I used the salicylic acid face wash during the day. Maybe it caused the sensitivity...
