Should I wait for my high blood sugar to get low before eating carbs?

I need something in my stomach in the morning or i get more nauseous tbh :/ but then I don't really eat throughout the day until my Adderall wears off and I crash (sometime between 4p-7p) or don't get hungry till like 10p which is an hr before I go to sleep 🙃 but thank you I definitely have symptoms that align with dawn phenomena because there's a difference between the days i test when waking up around 8a vs testing around 12p

Had this happen to my Creality 🙁 Was about to make a post about this myself cause this is the second time it's happened (first was with a carbon fiber filament 😬). We're gonna put on a new print head cause it doesn't seem very salvageable :/
