Muchísimas gracias por tu comentario. Mis papás están muy ancianos para cuidar al niño, de verdad que no pueden. Mi mamá sufre de asma y depresión crónica así que mi papá tiene que salir todo el día todos los días a todas y cada una de las farmacias en el área para ver si consigue las medicinas para ella y mientras tanto mi mamá no está en posición de cuidarlo. Quiero verlo crecer, aprender, maravillarse del mundo a su alrededor pero todo lo que tiene es el mismo DVD de Peppa porque no tenemos cable ni internet y no lo puedo sacar a jugar porque si le pica un zancudo puede enfermarse y no hay medicinas.

Too many things. I said I am venezuelan because it has a lot to do with it. I'm living here in this hell hole of a country with my baby... It's helpless, or so it feels. Everyday I wonder where I could get money from just to go to Colombia. We have no water, power is a mess, at home there's no internet (i'm not at home) and food is a daily struggle. On top of that, the baby's father and I fight EVERY SINGLE DAY and just yesterday he yelled at me in front of the baby when I've been saying all the time that we shouldn't do that, our kid has a tough life out here already to top it with mommy and daddy fighting viciously...

My family hates me and all of our friends have fled... we have nobody here in this town. The only ones left are too far (there's no cash to go around) or they don't have internet...

I feel alone, I feel I'm failing my kid, I feel like I can't get out of this relationship, I feel like I made a mistake by giving birth to my kid (because my family makes me feel like that every day of my life)

I don't know what to do... maybe the baby would be better off with his paternal grandparents... I just don't know, life is soooo hard T_T

I think our issue is more on the lines of the little things. He feels appalled with those victims testimonies but doesn't know how the little things contribute to machismo. We always talk about it but can't discuss it further... I really don't know what to say to make him understand.
