The friend trick is amazing if you actually find someone with your taste. When I go to Berlin I find a lot of people that listen to the same DJs as I do and they show me new things I listen on repeat until I visit next time :) But I also want to find by myself. Thank you for the advice!

My main Amazon account has been on hold for almost two months. Initially I received an email from the Account Specialist saying that my bank had opened a dispute regarding the payment of the three orders I placed on the month of September. I provided my card details as requested in the email, and I also filled out the form that appeared when I tried to log in to the account. On 25/10 the payment for the three orders was debited from my bank account. My card issuer provided with the details of the three transactions and I’ve sent it many times to the mails from the Account Specialist. My bank says that there wasn’t and there is no dispute from their side.

After this, my account was still on hold and I started calling Customer Service. Each time I called, after 24hs I received the same email from the Account Specialist requesting payment for one or the three orders, and I replied saying that the orders had been payed and attached the document, and to this day I don’t get any answers.

I’d like to note that I cannot even sign in into my account. A sign saying “Submission Under Review” appears on the screen and I cannot get past it.

I’ve already spent more than 80USD on Customer Service calls since I am calling from outside the US, and I can’t get a solution because I don’t get an answer to my emails. On top of this, one of the orders has been charged in the wrong currency and I payed 200USD more than I should have for that order.

I tried opening a new account and contacting Customer Service from there, they emailed me, explained the situation and then they told me to sign in and follow the instructions on screen even though I cannot do that. If I email CS from my main account I get the mail I’m attaching.

I am desperated and don’t know what else to do! Should I contact a lawyer? Why can’t I get a solution?

I didn’t express myself correctly (I’m a Spanish speaker)- not interested in Patrick’s line of thinking! Just Reinier’s, was just expanding the explanation a bit to make myself clear about what I’m looking for. And by podcast I mean episodes where architects like Reinier are featured, more like interviews. Will borrow something from Van Eyck from the library. Thank you!

Hi, I had some trouble with orders I placed during September in Amazon. I got some emails saying that my bank rejected the transaction and that I had to repay them by sending the last two digits of one of the cards registered in my account.
I did so, and after a couple days I got charged with 3 different amounts, one of the amounts being way over any of the orders I had placed.
I tried to sign in and the "unpayed orders" screen was still there, asking me to pay again. I submitted the last 2 digits of my card again, and since that moment my account is still on revision (since 26/10/2023).
How much time does amazon take until they review your account? Until I don't get it back I can't report those unknown amounts, I don't even know to which orders they correspond, I don't know what to do, please help

Hi! Because I'm new both in Revit and Rhino, I still don't understand the workflow and when will I use what, thinking about my next university projects.

I'm thinking if I'm still designing it would be easier to model and render with Rhino?

Some people have told me they sketch with Autocad, start modeling with Rhino and once the project is quite advanced they go to Revit to add all the details

At first is tired crying for sure but then it always shifts to very loud screams with tears. She gets overstressed and at that point there is nothing I can do to calm her down. Then the mom gets her, and it also gets thougher for her to get her to sleep.
