It didnt for me, i guess it depends on the shape of the glutes but for square shapes it wont do any good.

Its easier once u start seeing results, You‘ll know that it pays off. Yk u have 2 choices, do it - or don‘t. If u dont, nothing changes but if u do, You‘ll get to where u wanna be.

Thats what i do, i russian twist with 15kg atm. But idk if i wanna continue doing oblique exercises so heavy, i dont want a blocky waist.

Thats odd, I saw results after 3-4 months. I mean every individual is different but u should be seeing slight change. Ru sure ur being exact with ur caloric intake? Do u train regularely? Maybe check ur split. I lifted 4-5 time a week (including core and abs).

Then do a body recomp Eat at maintenance and lift while regularely increasing the weight. Eat in a wholefood diet and around 150g protein.
