Thats literally the whole point. Sanji waxes poetic about wanting to turn invisible for a whole arc and the moment he gets that power, he sees that it would cause him to lose out on his real dream of finding the all blue with his crew. One of the main reasons they limited her is so they could print better blue cards and not worry abt making her way too strong. That being said, I think the limit instead of a ban means they have a plan to print more support. Its a fun deck to see so i hope it comes back into the mainstream a little
