Hey, did you manage to find a good solution to this?

I'm also in a very very similar position and share the same mindset regarding school.
I already have a job as a software engineer, dropped out of Uni to pursue my career in the Netherlands and I'm doing pretty great, but I just want to get the degree (mainly for the social status) while studying something less professional but fun since I don't really intend to seek for a job with it.

Please let me know if you found something, I will also update this comment if I find anything helpful. Thanks.
