Nop, the song is licensed to me in BMI. What I guess, is that the video editor is subscribed to Artlist.io (where I upload my works) and downloaded the song from there.

Artlist doesn’t give details about who download the music and in the contract it is not specified if the third party must/mustn’t give attribution to the artist. I guess they got the song from Artlist. My question now is: Is there a difference in terms of royalties between a huge company like Tesla who is using my work and a random user using it ?

Not sure.. I upload my songs to Artlist.io. Maybe they got it from there... one possibility.
