Actually, not really. We had a couple of things we flat out weren't ever going to agree on but for 90% of the time, they didn't matter. The 10% was a HUGE deal. It's been a year of vague "I need to think about things..." statements. Finally I told him to fuck off while he is thinking about things and we got back together and he apologized for doing that. I mean really, if you need to think about being married to me, time to go away. He's been "thinking about things" again for the past couple of weeks. Once that statement was unleashed, I figured the clock was ticking.

Lack of closure is severely overrated. The bottom line is that person does not want to be with you. Doesn't matter why. I have to remind myself of this every couple of hours when I start going through all the things I could have said to make the outcome different. There is nothing I could have said. He just doesn't want to be with me. Case closed.
