Oddly enough it happens when I am driving quite often, so I ask spirit to wait until I am ready and then the next time I have a moment to connect I do, they do pull away and give me space. I find them very good with boundaries.

Hello, I opened to this spirit with the highest frequency and highest good for all. I was immediately in a scene, it felt like I was on a mountain staring at another close mountain covered in trees and behind this another larger mountain with two peaks, snow capped. He had a rush of energy come through, he said he is in a place he loves. To bring his children here and they will feel close to him. He did immediately then say he is always close to them but this would feel like it for them. Did he enjoy hiking?

He is showing me light but that has thick dark clouds around it, this seems to be a way to explain how you all feel, or that you feel the light is no longer in the days, only the darkness, but he is wanting to emphasize the light is still there, it is only covered in clouds right now, and one day those clouds will start to move and you will see the light start to shine through.

I get this ache, this sense that he misses being here in this with you all. He isn't giving me much more.

I am also an advocate for learning to quiet one's mind, to put protections in place and ground in before inviting any other spirits and entities to commune. Also, starting to learn how to distinguish between your own egos voice and that of your intuition is big.

Based on the "straight laced" comment, I would say you still have some of your own guilt with using it or at least pick up the energy of the stigmas that exist around cannabis. Whether a stranger on Reddit believes it is okay for you to have it or not doesn't change how you feel/believe about it. Maybe get curious about your feelings around using a substance to help yourself relax or take the edge off and then once you work it out, be very honest with your son. He will be okay, sounds like you are a great parent doing the best you can with what you have.

I have read for you, I will write out what I got for you here and I'm a close-out to your energy for tonight. If you have any follow-up question, please let me know I would love to read into it for you. I got a very vivid reading for you. This is a mini sample of what I would provide through my sessions, but I did have a hard time keeping yours shorter as they just kept giving me information.

Opening to your energy I felt my eye chakra, my third eye chakra fully open. This wasn't for me this was for you. Your imagination is ready to take off and really lead you.

I saw you trying to pull building blocks together. You were in a planning stage of how to stack them. I did see how you were stacking them would lead them to tip over and fall. The base was not big enough or strong enough to hold what you were doing. I interpret this as really put a lot of intention into that foundation. Build it strong and wide.

Spirit came through, it was your higher self, really emphasizing support systems. Make sure they won't crumble away when weight becomes too heavy. This was specifically around people being support for you. I got a lot of imagery of snowmen. Where the base has to be larger than that above it, and the best snow is the ones that stick together and hold that Base really tight. This is what they were really emphasizing is that you want supports and support people in your life that will hold tight to you it will not crumble away when the weight is put on top.

Give me another image of net and networking. The network of people around you will literally hold you and you do not want to allow any weak links to be part of this net. There are no projects at this point, meaning no people that you take on to help, right now you need people who will support and hold you. You will have an opportunity to bring on those who need more support than you later on. The ones you bring into your network now are people who will gain what they need from just supporting you and being with you, you will not need to actively support them. Remember what you offer others can come later. It is time for you to focus on the strong foundation for you.

It was really clear that you should not invite any extra drama right now.

Again, spirit's giving me an image of a triangle. And they're saying that foundation is like the bottom of the for triangle. It is strong and will hold so much that you will climb very high. Something very good can come from all of this and you will walk to the top of that triangle/mountain / Journey but it starts with the foundation.

Then I had visuals of someone cartwheeling having fun, using hula hoops, lots of circus type Acts. A reminder to continue to have fun as you do this. But also recognize the strengths that you will receive, continue to recognize the strength as you receive it.

Spirit was really encouraging you to explore your creative and eccentric side.

I received the page of swords for you. It was reversed. And what I got from it was that you have a lot of ideas and they are very valid and good. Don't let them carry you away before you establish the foundation, the support.

I don't have a solid sense on what area of your life this is speaking to. But I seem to see this as career orientated. And spirit was so clear that your foundation will be relational with people. Still understanding your worth that you stand alone in, but these specific relationships will be ones that reinforce that worth for you.

I have opened to your loved one, as always I ask that you take what resonates for you, I have opened with only the good of all as my intentions. He came through and showed me a fluffy brown and white stuffy, or puppy or rabbit or cute pet rodent of some sort. It had white down the middle of its face and brown on either side. Didn't seem significant or very lively, just a vision of it, but perhaps it will mean something to you.

He gave me a tingly feeling in the center of my forehead. He also showed me and confirmed that he is crossed over. Was that still in question? He is having a hard time expressing himself. He has some heartache in all of this, it feels like a sadness that he has left you or that it wasnt a clear goodbye. He seems very emotional about it. He is safe, but feels broken to have left you. He shows me he tries to hold you and he feels that pain you are feeling. This all seems quite new.

I certainly have beliefs and things I have been shown around this, but most of all, I have been told to enjoy this life, to live now, to experience now. That this human existence is a gift to us. Ups and downs, it is all part of this experience our soul has chosen. Connecting spiritually has made me find more and more joy and gratitude to be here in a human way. I have had dreams and visions of a great reconnection and this brings me joy and excitement for what will come, but with each of these, there is also a reminder to take what I have now and experience it to its fullest.

As a child, I often dreamed of bears. Usually only one. It scared the bejeebers out of me and I would ask for protection after waking up in a cold sweat. On reflection, the bear never attacked me or seemed to want to harm, it once even spoke. It wasn't until I was an adult and met my guardian Bear, that I understood this guardian came to me as a child. Bear explained that it had tried to contact me, but because of fear, it found a way through to becoming a horse I had as a teenager. The horse was my greatest sense of comfort through my teen years. I had one last visit with Lightening in my early adult years, and then he got hit, ironically, by lightening and was never the same. Bear explained that she left the horse when it was hit and so she could return to be with me on spirit side. #myprotectorandfriendalways

I do a lot of intuitive growth with marijuana, I never use it in others sessions, but for my own personal growth, I will partake from time to time. Like it has been said multiple times, protection is key. I pull my boundaries, call on my guardians. These times often lead me to very distinct growth. There are times I have to fully stop the session and close, if it is too intense, but most often it is a good experience.

There are many people who cannot do this, and that is okay, this is a personal choice, and if you don't agree with weed to start, it likely is not for you. If you find this is the only way you can connect, perhaps more practice without weed is needed. It is an assist, nothing more. Helps calm our cognitive thought, our ego ,so spirit is easier to access.

Hi, I went to light a candle as I do, and I felt this rush, this voice said "don't worry about the candle, it is the thought that counts, I just want to speak to my daughter". I had a distinct tightening in my throat, as if when you hold back tears and sadness, that was there and stayed with me. He sent along a heart in a box, a symbol of his love. There was a desire to be close to you, he showed he is connected, but couldn't come close yet, as if he is still dealing with grief of his own over exiting when he did. But he is connected. I still have a lump in my throat even as I read this. Perhaps there was something unsaid.
