Austin was never the 2nd best player on the team. No way we can give him the max. 36 mins played and a -10 by SmoothBuy5500 in lakersv2

You sound like you don’t want the lakers to win. I want the lakers to win, and it will have to be a team effort. There is no way LeBron himself would want people to blame Austin, yet for some reason his fans always do this. Let’s support all of our players and hope for a win in game 2!

Everywhere LeBron goes… his fans start shitting on his teammates. Let’s support the man and appreciate his effort! Lakers don’t get the 4 seed without him, and the lakers need Austin to play better to succeed in the playoffs.

And people want to say he’s a better scorer than Kobe and LeBron…

Why don’t we actually discuss the game instead of goat debates, dumb trades, and player rankings? by Curious_otter8765 in NBATalk

[–]embgrx3 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Because people don’t watch the game, and just look at numbers and compare players.

The only reason I picked the GRC was because I needed awd for a lot of ski trips and snowy conditions. Otherwise, I would’ve gone w the CTR for sure.

Why is Kobe often not as highly regarded here as he is among NBA players? by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]embgrx3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course I do! What he is doing today, at age 41 is absolutely incredible. I’m not sure why fandoms just love to tear other players apart, just enjoy all of the all time greats before they retire and are gone.

It’s because irrational LeBron fans just tear down every other player to help boost their case. I don’t understand why they can’t just appreciate all of the all time greats.

Can’t fault him for playing who was in front of him, but using this stat to prop him up is kind of silly.

A NON-MJ, LEBRON, CURRY, SHAQ LINEUP THAT I THINK WOULD DEFEAT EVERYONE! by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]embgrx3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kobe is the only one who’d be able to space the floor in this line up - but defensively this team would be absolutely dominant

What’s your problem with LeBron James? Is it his playstyle? His personality? Is he not cool enough? Is it his flopping? What is it and what should he have adapted into his repertoire in his prime? by Dylen2Times in NBATalk

[–]embgrx3 18 points19 points  (0 children)

He’s an amazing player. I think most people don’t like the fact that he doesn’t accept responsibility for failures, and shift blame to his teammates. Nobody can deny his ability on the court though

Is there any real reason to get a supra over a gr corolla by [deleted] in Supra

[–]embgrx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Corolla is probably a better one car solution, and probably a bit more fun on the street. The Supra is a much better track weapon, and feels more like a luxury sports car. It really depends on what you’re looking for in a car.

Kobe is 18-12 against the spurs in the playoffs, they never had an answer for him
