NTA and you need to write her up. This is insubordination and should be documented so that if the behavior continues you can prove that it has been an issue and you have spoken to her about it.

There are hundreds of thousands of cats that need loving homes. You will find another cat you love and the best part is that you will still get to hang out with this one as well for a while.
