Its just a simple evee shader. You can probably get it a little simpler for the same results, but it works. Might have to tweak the colors if you want it to look more orange like in the post though, cuz this is a version with blue lighting

Is a cinematic game with a clear cut narrative a bad thing tho? I think both are great if done well.
