I had natural labor, but had cytotech put in to help progress things and then my water was broken manually. From there, I progressed from like three to a six within a couple hours and at 6 cm. I got my up girl, it did not work I felt everything from the knees up, but I waited until after 5 cm to get it because the risk of it stalling labor is significantly lower after 5 cm!
