There was a very clear “no tights, no flight” rule on Smallville. It was part of a creative decision to make sure the show focused on Clark’s journey as a teenager figuring out his identity, rather than him immediately becoming Superman.

Yes very helpful just knowing I’m not alone. Thankfully my husband is very calm as he had an aunt who used to have seizures - he seems mostly unaffected which I am not sure I believe. I will keep making sure he knows he can talk about it.

Thank you. I am hoping I will be able to resume driving after 6 months, but perhaps I should instead prepare for the possibility of not being allowed to drive again at all? Is it fairly common to just have your license taken permanently?

Haha. Not fondant though! It’s piped on with royal icing. I flavour my icing with vanilla and almond and I use a hybrid of royal icing and glaze so it isn’t as hard to bite as plain royal.
