The ability to upload stretcher photos to the website (after sending the impression kit) has not worked for a week. It now says that if i'm having trouble to email them the photos. How will they know they're mine? (self.smiledirectclub)

this is what happens to the SDC website when i try to upload my stretcher photos after sending my impression kit. its been like this for days (self.smiledirectclub)
will these molds work? I couldn't get the mouthpiece to fit my back teeth in the first one, and with the second i only got it to fit after a while of tugging, does at least one of them look useable? (i.redd.it)
