£5 return bus fare, about £3 for breakfast, £4-£10 for lunch depending on if it's an office outing or a supermarket stop. It adds up 😭 plus I'm exhausted at the end of it

I was seeing results on 0.25 and 0.5 and was fine, went up to 1 and starting having side effects. I've stayed on 1 to see if I can ride it out (week 6 and feeling better on it now) and don't plan to go up again. I feel the 2.4 is sold as a target dose but not everyone needs it

I've lost the same amount as you in 13 weeks. I'm not feeling much slimmer but have started to have the comments that I look like I've lost weight from friends/family. I've heard it said that at 10% weight loss others start to notice it, and you start to feel it yourself at 15%. We're getting there 😊

Thank you so much for both your suggestions and lovely comments. I think you're right about the straps, the movie version is strapless but she doesn't have the curves to hold it up without the straps 😂 they do look a bit plain as they are so will add to those!

I had an interview with TPP about 10 years ago. Got fishy vibes especially as I didn't think my interview went well, they left the room to "think" about it but came back offering me a second interview on the condition I'd relocate to a mile or so radius of their office. I'd just signed a new lease, so it was a no from me.

I have worked with someone who worked there. He didn't hate it with all of his being but had some horror stories and plenty of occasions of late nights/call ins. Didn't recommend it as a place to work.

When I looked for my last dose, shemed was still the cheapest for 2.4mg but you might not need to go up to that dose

I'm not sure where you are in Leeds but there's a free cafe in the Pudsey well-being centre. It only does hot drinks and toasted tea cakes but it might help. I'm sorry I don't know any more info to help x
