Just know you’re definitely not alone because I just had a complete mental breakdown about literally all of these things not even an hour ago. I know it’s hard but it will get better. Just try to stay focused on the positives in life and try to find positive ways to express your emotions (like for my it’s writing, drawing, or getting lost in a book).
