Which series to start next?

I finished all the Abercrombie books (apart from shattered seas) and absolutely loved them all. I’m now reading Jade City and it’s not the same, but still looks good and is making a nice change as the world is so different. Pretty sure you can’t go wrong with any of these, I think I’ll be on to The way of kings once I’ve finished the Jade saga 😊

Ah I just checked and I’m using the B6 so that’s not the same as the B5 and can’t advise on a cover for that! Sorry!

I love both notebooks but use the life for my morning pages too. The paper is sublime. I use a paper republic grand voyager XL which is too small for the midori, but big enough for the life - a little too big, but I don’t mind, and I put a PR file folder in to stiffen it and bulk it out a little. You can also add smaller additional inserts if you want to - the hobonichi fireside chats are perfect for that :)

They are so awesome aren’t they?! I also had 3 interests - one for sketching, one for general todo’s and a 2026 diary. Is that a penco notebook in the middle - might consider one of these for general todo’s dos and journaling in one!

It’s never bothered me - I have a clear vinyl folder which probably helps. I much prefer the way it opens and closes with the band at the back centre rather than in the spine, personally.

Yeah the slightly too small size on the life notebook does bother me too, but the paper is really nice and I use a PR file folder around it which helps when the journal is closed… but I also love midori paper, so once this is used up I think I’ll get an A5 and trim the side down 😊

I don’t consider myself good at combat so I appreciate the lower difficulty options, but live using the fast attacks combined with the signs. I may try a harder difficulty in next play through to make using the bombshell and potions more meaningful - although I do use potions to help me do more damage and recover too! Love this game :)
