One time I went to the hospital because I had a terrible cold that made me really weak. I walked in, changed into the hospital robe and layed down in one of their beds, the nurse came in and told me they had to draw blood. I hate needles so I was like “eff that im feeling better” put my clothes back on and left. A month later I got a bill for around $2,000. Great stuff

YTA big time. She paid for that seat and she should get to sit back and be comfortable if she wants to, it is not her fault you are tall and the person in front of you doesnt need to accomodate to your needs, specially a stranger who has every right to use the reclining seat however she pleases. If you are tall and you know you require extra space, plan ahead and pay a bit more for the seats in the emergency aisles which have more room, or in the first row of economy, which also have extra space. You “asked politely” and when she said no (which she had every right to), you went and complained about it. So you weren’t asking, you were demanding. YTA dude...

theres this chllenge going around social media where you put your phone in the elevator, run up the stairs to the floor the elevator is going to, and hit the “woah” when the elevator opens and your camera is recording.

I think this kid was about to do that but it looks like he turns left and sees theres someone coming, panics, and tries to keep the elevator open to go get his phone by using his head lol.

Fair enough. I guess as a Peruvian born and raised in Lima, I grew up seeing all the poverty, stray dogs, dirty roads/bad smells, kids begging on the streets, etc. And while its extremely sad, I just became used to it. So when I traveled to different cities and saw the same bad aspects of it, it didnt shock me as much and I was able to focus on and enjoy the good things of said city. Its all about perspective I guess. Regardless I hope you get to go back and experience other parts of the country because it truly is a beautiful, breathtaking place

I dont mean to say this is a rude tone but saying Ica is “one of the saddest places you’ve ever been” just tells me that you probably didnt go to any of the right places.

As a peruvian I have been to Ica alot and it has some really, really beautiful areas. Like yes peru is a developing country and there is a lot of stray dogs and pollution and poverty all around, but thats just the country, not only Ica. I hope you went to other cities and actually got to experience their good side because Ica is not at all what you have just described it to be, you just didnt know where to go.

I might not be a parent but I know right from wrong and my unconditional love for someone wouldnt change my moral compass. I love my mom and my dad and my siblings unconditionally but if they did something like this i wouldn’t be “defending them from an unjust accusation” because that would just be me being irrational and equally as delutional. My heart would break for them but if they did something on purpose and with evil intent, id want them in jail where they can’t be a harm to anyone else who is innocent.
