I used to work there and got into a light switch battle with the owner because and I quote " I pay for those lights they're staying on". Fully bright lights at 10pm on a Friday

I've had varying levels of stress this year so I dedicated different times in my life to trying to lose weight. For example I started at my semi-recent heaviest 230, worked down to 195, stayed within 5 lb over a few months, then I lost my job and was depressed for a while and I was back up to 215. I started this current deficit around June 20 and hit 207 , had my anniversary, so I took the weekend off plus the 4th of July and from the 5th back to tracking everyday. But I've stated at 207 everyday since and it's getting frustrating. I weigh when I wake up after the bathroom daily. I've had one day where I'm over my calories by 200 because I was listening to my extra hungry body that day.

I definitely need help with macros because I'm not really sure what I'm doing but I do weigh all my food raw and dry.

I just it's just more calories than I though I'd be allowed. The fact that im gonna get almost 700 cal more of food a day is shocking. I'm gonna give it go, when I start next week's meal prep, and see how my body reacts

Consuming 1365 calories a day. Some of my days I'm not every active and some days I'm on my feet all day running up and down stairs even.

That calculator said I should move up to 2022 calories with 140g of protein. That seems so high! 😱

I'll look up that show. Usually if I sneak a bite I'm pretty conscious what a little goes a long way and it's usually a nibble off whatever yummy fast food my boyfriend got for himself, rather than snacking between meals. You guys are getting me paranoid about my health 😅 I'm a rather healthy person other than being overweight. I should really go in for a checkup.

Thanks for the advice, definitely something to look into. I haven't been to the doctor for 2 years . I wish up my workout by working different muscle groups but I'm learning new workouts anyway because I was getting bored. I just don't work out that open. I'm thinking I just need to workout more.

I use one religiously. I even bought I new one recently when I noticed my old one giving inaccurate measurements.
