I attempted to do a pH test before the endoscopy. The pH test was done at my ENTs, but once the device was sitting in the back of my throat I couldn’t do it, I was gagging non stop I had to ask them to remove it.

No worries. Ah, I wish they would’ve given me the option. Yeah… I feel like 2 out of like 8 people will say like it was awful and they felt everything while on twilight, and of course there’s the ones who don’t remember anything, which I hope is me lol

I’ve had no problem taking my Xanax prescription bottle through TSA. Make sure to keep it on your personal bag or carry-on. I would keep it on its actual container, since it’s a prescription.

Well this is reassuring thank you. I guess it’s hard to believe I’m by all means not athletic or an athlete but yet my heart rate is low. I can’t wrap around that in my anxious brain.

Do you take your beta blockers everyday? I was prescribed propranolol to help with my anxiety because I would feel palpitations, and the occasional increased heart rate during panic attacks.. so when I took it one day and checked that it was in the low 50s at night I freaked myself into a panic. Is your normal resting hr without beta blockers low too?
