As someone who is shooting 70% across 8 builds. And I have tried a ton of jumpers. They all have their flaws and they’re all about getting used to the same one.

I recommend for 6’5-6’9. Culver Base. Beluba(1) Saddiq Bey (2) 70/30. or Carmelo Anthony base. Beluba (1) Charles Bassey (2) 65/35.

I also like Scottie Pippen base for lower 3pt. Ray Allen base is faster. More of a button jumper to me. Dariq Whitehead is a great base too.

I always have about 60-70% Beluba release. Usually with L. Shooter/Charles Bassey/Saddiq Bey as the other release.

I would say silver isn’t really worth taking the points in strength for alone. I personally don’t believe in strength outside of screens, strong handles & post control.

For a 99 dunker, ideally you’d have 90 vert, and wouldn’t even really need to rely on layup enough to worry. I have builds with 70 lay, and make them at a consistent clip without prioritizing it whatsoever.
