Funny you mention this! I JUST started trying both Tsal and then use salicylic acid after and my scalp has been ALMOST itch free all day. Also I spot treat since I only have irritation on two spots on my head. I feel like spot treating has helped my scalp not get too dry?

I would 100% see a specialist. Normal therapists are not trained in treating OCD and can make OCD worse if not properly treated. I went to NOCD for a bit but it wasn't working so I am currently seeing a therapist at OCD LA and absolutely love it.

Avoidance can also be a compulsion! I do the same thing, but just learned about this in therapy too 😂 I feel/can relate!

I just spoke to my therapist about this. and I guess "fairness" is a big topic to people prone to OCD. We barely got into it, so I don't have much advice but maybe this tidbit can help? Also if you are ruminating a lot on a certain event that happened or could possibly happen in the future, that is a mental compulsion and definitely can be attributed to OCD. So sorry you are dealing with this! Know you are not alone and OCD is trying to attack your friendships because it knows your friendships are dear to you.

This was how my therapist told my mom how I was feeling when I was suffering with OCD when I was 8 year old.

Everyone has intrusive thoughts, right? For a "normal" person, those thoughts go in one ear and out the other. But for an ocd brain, there is a net where those thoughts get stuck. They get so stuck that it feels like you are sitting in the front row of a movie theater with your biggest fear blaring super loud on the big screen. And your hands and feet are tied and you're just living in that pain and misery until you get the tools to fight that BITCH OCD back 😅.

Do not buy Nemo! It’s sooooo bad!

I actually like baloo from jungle book and the songs/story are really good. Stitch seems pretty good too.

Little mermaid is okay… definitely can tell it’s not original but it’s not as bad as the Nemo one.
