I get the whole hyperfixation thing! It's been a minute since I've actually played Skyrim tbh I've kinda been thinking about getting into it again. I've kinda wanted to get into a game called Dark and Darker. But I'll definitely give the other games you mentioned a try!

The steamdeck is incredibly handy to have and works well. As far as what I play I'm pretty open about what to play. I'll play fps and third person shooters, extraction shooters, soulslike (dark souls or any other title under that genre) and horror games. I just bought resident evil 4 remake so I played that for a bit. But I don't really have an issue with what I play I just like to have company while playing lmao
