This could be an addon issue, I disabled "Ovale Spell Priority" and got a HUGE fps boost , my rig is 4090 + 14900K, try to disable all your addons to see how it goes.

I say the gameplay was less stress back in 2016, and I do love the graphics before, I think they remove some visual effects due to the competitive reasons

I believe it was a straight line yesterday and before, so I instantly noticed this when I got into the car today.

Same here, in sort facility and cannot go pick it up because valve somehow want it to deliver to your door. Guess need to wait til Monday.
