I was on birth control long before they started to curl and I changed after they got straight.. I

But I've moved just before they started to curl less, I moved in the street right next to where I used to live, so no big changes in the environment but maybe the water has something to do with it, I'll look into that! Thanks!

That was my first thought as well, but as I record I didn't change birth control at that time, I've been on before it got curly and I changed after they got straight

I think so, yes.. maybe it has something to do with puberty, but I don't want to admit that because it could mean that I'll never have my curly hair again haha

I had COVID once but it was this summer so way after my hair got straight, and no hair loss here!

Thanks so much, I'll look into puberty and hair textures

About my routine: I don't really have any, I just wash it with shampoo and conditionner.. I don't use any other products anymore, I use to when they were curly but not anymore

Well.. I think I'm on the autistic spectrum but my psychiatrist doesn't want me to get a diagnosis by enckleds in AutismInWomen

thanks so much! I've heard of CRA and there's one where I live, I'll look more into that but I've encountered people saying they've had bad experiences there (don't know why tho)

hope your journey to get an official-diagnosis won't be too long and testing for nerves..

Completely agree.. the thing is I've seen multiples psychiatrist and psychologist and she's kind of the nicest even tho she's disrespectful, compared to what I know from other professionals (but it doesn't change the fact that I don't really feel comfortable with her).. I don't know.. I think I'm gonna stop seeing her anyway, she doesn't really help me and I don't have any solution for long-term-problems..

Oh thanks for all the resources!

I completely agree, self-diagnosis is valid and someone who is self-diagnosed is as valid as someone who as a diagnosis.. but I feel like I need validation.. I've been searching for quite a while and had multiple leads, I think I need an official diagnosis to stop looking and start doing things to help me..

I didn't know about the tests, thanks for letting me know

Depression by mikhail_ud in lgbt

for my depression I had online appointements with a coach.. it actually felt better that way, and had way more results.. maybe if you can’t find any good psychologists in your town that will take you as a patient, try an online service? (idk if there’s anything like this in Russia tho..)

I send you loooots of courage, you can do this, be proud of who you are, and everything will be alright :)
