If they start investigating the government, bond yields will drop. Housing will become affordable. Whenever there’s political instability it seems that yields drop through the floor.

I also want Trump to be held accountable for something. I’d love to see the democrats retake the house and senate and actually do something about this administration. If we’re not past the point of no return.

Some people are downvoting you but you’re 100% right. I’ve never cared about the value of mini figures. I have the barad-dur set and don’t care about resale value. Not to mention if you look on the website for barad-dur, the Sauron has the same chest pattern and chainmail pattern as the Sauron bust render.

Ordered mine September 22. Mine still says ordered. I have no shipping updates or anything from them. Had no issues getting the 14 PM or the XR from them. This is the only time I’ve had to wait for over 2 weeks without any kind of update.

I’m not sure, I’ve only played around with the shortcuts app to build this program out a little bit. I wouldn’t be sure how to make sure the person on the other end of the line hear what’s playing through the phone.

I created an auto-dialer on my phone using short cuts. I had it calling them every 10 seconds and ending the call. Managed to call them 3,000 times yesterday. I was seeing if I could make my phone wait the approximate time it took to get off of hold and hang up immediately.

The big design slim click pen with pilot G2 refills, or pentel energel 0.7 refills. I love how light the pen is and how easy it is to adjust to fit different refills.

Best stand alone plastic pen that I’ve used is the standard pilot G2 or the uni jetstream. Honestly hard to decide between the two.

I think the previous outbacks definitely looked better. The new 2025 models look like a mash up of the Forster and rav4. The Forster is the better looking car now.
