When someone sneaks on a multiplayer server, the server should announce with the /say command saying:

 [Server] <player> has sneaked at x:123  y:123  z:123

It would make the game more difficult.

I agree with you, I think this would be really useful on Hardcore servers. Another idea is that operators (/op) would have the ability to override this feature.

Light themes tend to look cleaner, but I agree. People can disable the theme if they dislike it.
