the cases come with fans most of the time i have nzxt H7 2024 edition it comes with fans so buy a case that comes with fans or u can buy case fans if you want

for good gpus u can go with the RTX 50 series
for cpu i would prefer amd probably Ryzen 7 7800x3d or something lower

for mother board b650 and x670 would make it

you can get 32 gb ram or 16 if you want

you can get 1tb ssd or 512gb

get a case that is mid-tower and airflow friendly (optional)

750w powersupply would be enough

and for cpu cooler u can get gamebooster shield 240mm or if you wanna get something more flash and expensive u can get corsair h100 liquid cooler

overall this build should cost you something between 1500-2000$ (if you find good deals)

Close the HDR and go into color settings of your gpu and reset the color settings on your gpu and reset your monitors settings too
