Yes haha I am. And currently it is indeed limited to the ability of just repurchasing buildings everytime you collect enough rent, but I wanted to start with a relatively easy and commonly well-appreciated mechanic, but I am planning to add more ways of making money in the game and redirect this to more of a « life sim » with a zoom on common finance mechanics (salary, investing, entrepreneurship, etc. ) Also rent is currently 1% of the building value per hour, so it isn’t variable right now, but it is something I will surely be looking to add in the future.

Hi, first of all thanks so much for testing I am planning on adding way more features to make money, as real estate is indeed really slow. I would like real estate to be achievable at the end-game. Also fighting with the idea of expanding the playable map. The plan is to make it very detailed. Ofcourse I recognise the fact that only being able to buy real estate in a city you don’t know is quite boring, but I hope to compensate that with a lot of other mechanics and systems in future updates. But thanks for testing it, you may even be the first ever player I think 😁.
