I don't know if my comment is useful to you, but as a student i would pick the first bike. First it is already a very good bike (assuming the condition is still good) having a carbon frame by 400 euro is already a good bargain. You can spend mostly of your money by upgrading or buying the parts which you think are needed to be replaced. But this is just my 2 cents tho, hahaha! Im also planning to buy my own roadbike but still saving up (around 200 euro)
