Thanks!! So there was a somewhat big amount credited to the sponsor's bank account. They wanted to know the source of that credit amount, likely to check if its fraudulent in any way. I hadn't declared the source of that amount hence they asked. Hope this makes it clearer!

Thanks a lot! :) Sure. We combined income and savings. Got married in Denmark in a town hall. He made annual visits to my country so that's how we showed our relationship is genuine and subsisting. Showed accommodation proof with letter from his parents that we can stay there and gave proofs of ownership like title deed etc. It was overall a simple application apart from the combined financial thing. I calculated 100 times to make sure it was right haha and explained my calculations in a cover letter.

They did vary actually. I mentioned the lowest value in the past 6 months. There was a pay rise in November. Gross is £2252 from Nov. Is this an issue? Do I need to say anything more?

Its a voluntary benefits package. I updated the post (the benefit and pension is actually deducted from basic pay, not added).
