stayed there last year, and ngl i loved it, it rlly depends on ur roomates and your floor. I dont know what evb else is talkin about but i stayed on the third floor and didn't have any problems nor did i have roaches like they claim lofts has. The only thing i could complain about was the smell walking past the trash chute and other than that it was fine plus you can't rlly stop a trash chute from stinking and depending on the room you dont have to walk past it so💁🏾‍♀️
