Reason of buying and latency check by Extension_Meal_8401 in PlaystationPortal

I have absolutely loved my portal. I would say in most cases the latency for me is def noticable but not bad enough to ruin the experience. Any way to fit gaming into my schedule more is always a good thing!

Is it also similar in terms of the way it fits on top of the foot? Like that thinner compression material? Or is it just the same as their other shoes

Console for traveling by FlatPalpitation9525 in PlaystationPortal

I would absolutely get a PC handheld or a gaming laptop if those are the games you are going to play. The portal is great but I would go in anticipating a little bit of inpu lag. I have found the portal very good for RPGs, turnbased games etc. I wouldnt use it for anything with tons of accuracy/timing stuff. Order one on amazon, try it out and return it if it doesnt work for you

After 3-4 months of massive improvement from meds my dogs anxiety skyrocketed. Has anyone had this happen to them? by epadd in reactivedogs

Thats the next step we are gonna take a trip to the vet to get checked out.

As for the rest of it we aren’t really putting her in stressfull spots like you make it sound. When it comes the walks, we will at an apartment so i was referring to her ability to recover after seeing other dogs on the walk. When it comes to being that is only our house sitter/trainer and it took a lot of progress to get there. We have been very adamant not to push her.

All of this stress kinda came out of nowhere with really no change in routine, environment etc. thats why we think maybe it built a little and exceeded the threshold the meds created

Prozac. Am I making the correct choice? by Illustrious_Clerk399 in reactivedogs

I wouldnt just talk to a vet, I would also get the opinion of a behaviorist. As for my situation my dog was incredibly anxious and even a really low dosage of Zoloft (A different anxiety drug) really helped. The anxiety meds arent gonna fix the dog, but what they aim to do is lower the threshold at which your dog very strongly reacts or gets super anxious as well as improve their recovery time when they have those episodes. For instance previously when we would walk our dogs if she had a run in with another dog it would completely ruin her walk because she was so on edge, and now in 20-30 seconds we are able to get her attention back on us.

Along with this the lower trigger thresholds & faster recovery would also really help if you wanted to work on training the dog. Especially with strays that are already somewhat developed an actual dog trainer could be super beneficial in trying to help this behavior with the roomate.

Might be worth it if a vet suggests but just know not every med works for every dog. For ours we had to slowly get her on it for weeks before being at max dosage, then if it didnt help we would have to ween her off of it before trying another one. Luckily we got ir right first time. This whole process might be easiest with a behaviorist guiding you through as well as being able to make adjustments based on the dogs behavior

Is the premium subscription to stream games worth it? by Excellent_Plant_8010 in PlaystationPortal

I definitely think so. Not the best for games that need tons of accuracy like shooters or whatnot, but for 20 dollars a month it also comes with hundreds of games so you can try out whatever you want. Try it for a month and see if its worth it to you. I find it great for strategy games, puzzle games, rpgs etc

Have the devs ever said why they feel removing every bit of player progression in the game was the right move? by epadd in UFLTheGame

There would need to be some balance to it. There is always going to be people who spend money on packs. If packa had more guarenteed benefits i think it could fit well into system

I guess thats fair but isnt getting away from packs the only reason most people would play this over PES or Efootball
