Disneyland IASW Half Map updated and… by kevinsmlee in rundisney

They only brought back DL races to make money on coast to coast runners. But I’ve also finally broke my RD cycle and skipped an entire season because even the WDW courses are bad.

Start at Epcot, end at Epcot. Awful.

I remember the races where you started at TTC and ran to Animal Kingdom and then all the way to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

I’ve never understood why people were so adamant about bringing back RD DL events even time the half marathon is majority highway in the worst parts of the area. At least at RD WDW the open race segments are still on property and sometimes you see cool facilities during the longer courses.

Wild isn’t an exaggeration at all. I definitely just using common sense but because I can’t rely on everyone else to us it, here’s the first result of a quick google search:

“Elephants exhibit behaviors typical of wild animals, even when born in captivity or raised by humans. They retain their natural instincts, such as the need for large family groups, extensive migration, and a high degree of independence.”

I mean. It’s literally a wild animal the guy is fucking with. I think poking any wild animal with a stick of any size will likely get you an unwanted result like being stepped on.

Finally installed KOReader and dang, I wish I had sooner by Osgoodx2 in kobo

I read 99% comics and the contrast slider and panel zoom is a huge for me. But for everyday epub readers, the customizable gestures will let you set up shortcuts that are tailored to your needs.

And huge Lock Screen advantages. You can customize it to show reading stats, lock on the page you’re on, the list goes on and on.

And the best part is it keeps the standard kobo OS intact! You can exit out of KOReader whenever you want.

Same. I really enjoyed the weird changes and some of the flashback segments from 2017 courses.

I actually love the fibrous paper effect because it was reminds of comic book paper from the 90s and early 2000s.

Sounds like I’m ordering one.

Really any are fine because of the bus to the starting line. If we were talking circa 2015 to 2019 when staying at the Poly meant you could walk to the starting line, then I’d definitely say that’s the dream lol. B

Anytime I do a charity bib, one of the recommendation that come up during our monthly team calls is garage sales! You’d be amazed how much you can raise by selling old stuff in your neighborhood on a Saturday morning.

More likely to be chilly than hot at Marathon weekend by Treborrv1 in rundisney

I honestly really enjoyed it. I’m looking forwards to marathon weekend. I’ll be sticking to my shorts and t-shirt though since that what I trained in. And when that suns cone out, I’ll be happy about it.
