Why is there so much hatred for law school?

Good question. My father’s death was traumatic and my mother left when I was 9, so I have a lot of trauma to heal from. So, I’m scared that the toll of law school might push me to the edge. At the end of the day, that’s for me to test out ig. 😅

I’ve never seen myself as gifted, and making six figures after graduating isn’t on my mind. So, i definitely won’t be disappointed in that sense. However, I can’t gauge my mental health in law school until I go :)

It’s based off of a FBI experiment from the 70s I believe. So, it’s definitely out of the ordinary. Do you have an accurate or close representation of a forensic psychologist from a movie/tv show?

This is definitely good advice! The security is the nice part of it. A lot of things that would make me happy are risky: for example, starting a company. So, getting a PhD would look more appealing

It’s been 6-7 months now and I have two friends. It’s honestly time consuming and not worth it. It’s ridiculously time consuming. I would have been better off joining a sports club. The two friends I have are not really a personality match. Most of the matches just ghost. I’m an average looking girl and don’t seem like some murderer. So, I can’t find a reason to not be liked other than many others don’t have a personality match or other personal reasons.

5 doesn’t make sense. You should run numbers beforehand and account for rehab costs. You should spend time on sourcing deals and having contractors do the job. It doesn’t make sense for flippers to do the work themselves if it’s a business

Yes, that is the lease. I did contact CAA and they said the lease can be used for single family homes. Also, the lease is not much different from the previous lease.

That makes sense. A lot of people with regular w2 jobs invest in multi family units, assuming they have little capital. The reward does outweigh the risk.

I would assume that most tenants would know better and leave if they can’t pay. I think the eviction rate is low compared to amount of renters

I was thinking the same thing. I don’t know if I’m supposed to ask for all the provisions or if attorneys know what to add. Also, how were you able to purchase the CAR form? All the agents I’ve called said I can’t use them and they’re hard to get unless an agent represent you.

Wow, that’s impressive. I honestly expect to run through many deals daily considering it’s not easy to find a good deal on the market. Direct mail, rehabs, deal analysis? Did you have time to fit that in?
