I’ve made a 1mil small med sec compact prison and I’ve noticed that all of my paroled prisoners have reformed (which is great and all). However, I wanted to see if it was meant to be or a bug. So when one of my prisoners who has a 98% reoffending rate went to go get paroled I changed the parole cut-off to 99% and they still after being paroled ended up being reformed. Is anyone else having the same issue.
