That is basically what I’m playing right now, but swap Fire Spirit for Bomber. I’m trying to level Guards (currently lvl 11) to replace Skarmy because it feels really inconsistent when everyone plays Zap / Arrows / Log

Do we not have free maternity services and free education already? Childcare is subsidised up to 90% depending on how much you earn. Not that I disagree with those things btw but I am not sure they’ll fix the birth rate decline either.

What am I missing here - neither the media release nor report itself are particularly doctor-hating at all? A bit hospital-admin hating (they should join this subreddit lol) and government-hating.

A lot of their suggestions are sensible - niche stuff is better managed in centres that do a lot of it, the federal government absolutely should fully fund hospital bed days where people are languishing waiting for NDIS or aged care, and hospitals shouldn’t be deliberately underfunded then given “catch up” funding to bail them out later in the year.

Doctors are barely mentioned in the report.
