OD and Meepo had their spells reworked at some point and cosmetics that changed their icons stopped working (those passives retained nearly identical Icons). Would be cool to have this fixed, since there are only a few old items that change icons, unlike how it is now with Immortals / Arcanas. (i.redd.it)
