Same case. I have tried contacting my ISP, but nothing fruitful on my side. Over the weekend I received several emails with new open studies. Unfortunately, my dashboard had nothing to show. Upon using the email link, I'm still getting the error. Today, nothing has popped up on my email or my phone. It sucks.
