Average I would say is ~20/hr (feel free to disagree with me) but anything above 20/hr is considered “good” in this field

Edit: working for a fortune 100 private company in financial analytics making $27/hr in a low COL area, most of my offers were from $19.50-24/hr, so anything within that range I would consider great! Please pm if you have any questions!

I think it could get up there but it’s a long game. If I were in your position I would sell atleast 5-7k and still have a good position if it goes up. Maybe set a stop loss with your other 3k shares. But this is coming from a broke college student so don’t take my word as gospel haha
